5 Books That Will Change Your Life
A friend asked me recently if I had any “life-changing” books to recommend… While there are plenty of great books out there, these are 5 I’ve consistently recommended for a number of years and used personally on my own journey. They will give you a great foundation in mental and emotional health, will help you to become more aware, and operate from a place of self-love.
And as with all learning, reading isn’t enough, we must look within, do the work, and actively make changes to our thought processes and behaviors.

The 5 Minute Journal - Alex Ikonn and UJ Ramdas (Note: This is more of a workbook than a typical book but this was a life-changing tool for me when I began my journey through self-awareness and discovery. I’ve used it for over 7 years!)
