When you practice self-love, you’ll gain more compassion for yourself.

You'll also gain more compassion for others… you’ll even find it’s easier to put yourself in their shoes.
When you believe you deserve love, you’ll give it more freely to others, whether it’s your close relationships or even strangers.
You also deserve the infinite and expansive love of the universe/spirit/source/God/your higher self/etc.
And you don’t have to do anything to earn that love, you get it just by being you ❤️
It took some time for me to learn these lessons, but now I know they are the KEY to unlocking the source of my strength and inner greatness… so I’ve learned to practice self-love daily!
