The list below contains some things that stand out to me most about 2022. Some of them were new lessons while others were deeper understandings and integration of things I already knew.
This year was tough for many reasons. Despite its challenges, I learned to be gentle with myself, truly take care of myself, and ask others for help.
While it can be painful, I firmly believe reflection is a crucial part of growth. It’s also important celebrate and acknowledge ourselves!

My 2022 Lessons and Reminders:
I only have one body and it’s my duty to take care of it, no one else is going to solve my issues for me. I have to be the biggest advocate for my health and wellbeing.
Gut health is the key to unlocking wellness and also has a strong correlation to brain health & cognitive function.
When I am at 90-100% health, it’s truly AMAZING!!! I didn’t realize I was operating at a deficit for so long.
Spending time with your loved ones is so important. I cherish time with my friends and family.
Grief and sadness are valid and important emotions to experience. They are vital parts of our human experience.
Joy and play are a crucial part of happiness & wellbeing.
I am more intuitive than I previously understood.
When I’m not sure what to do next, it’s best to take a break and shift gears rather than force something.
Walking is one of the best ways I can support my body!
Prioritizing peace and rest is crucial to wellbeing - as well as increased cognitive capacity and productivity...
Less is often more.
I’ve traditionally been really hard on myself and often not given myself credit for all the things I’ve done.
I have a tendency to minimize when I’m not feeling great. Now I know I need to admit it to myself and also communicate with those closest to me.
Being proactive in our relationship routines leads to greater connectivity and fulfillment!
I celebrate the little moments and the process even more so this year than I have in the past.
I’ve invested a lot of time and money into my personal development and business development over the years. I’m so grateful for every dollar I’ve invested in my personal growth and healing! Business investments on the other hand, I’ve learned a lot of what not to do going forward.
Time freedom is crucial for me.
It’s important to acknowledge everything I’ve been through. All experiences are valid and contribute to my current outlook, as well as my ability to cope with life's challenges.
