A Morning Meditation for Busy People
How you start your morning sets the tone for the rest of your day. In this short yet powerful 14-minute guided meditation, I will guide you through a full-body wake up, including breathing exercises, muscle engagement, affirmations, and intention setting.
You can also use this as a mid-day reset if you're feeling sluggish or unfocused. This meditation is great for busy people, "beginners," and those with an established meditation practice.
This meditation was intentionally curated based on my own practice of over 10+ years of meditating and using affirmations, combined with my coaching experience and as an Advanced PSYCH-K® Facilitator.
