This may shock some people, but the best morning routine IS NOT a magic combination of 10 specific activities you do every day...

While there are plenty of studies and evidence about what is effective, trying to implement everything can actually be more stressful than helpful.

The truth is that the best morning routine for YOU is the one you do intentionally.

Whether you have 5 minutes or 1 hour for yourself in the morning, your intention matters more than what you do or how much time you have.

Giving 100% attention to an activity that you are excited about and BELIEVE positively benefits you is far more beneficial than forcing yourself to do something you don't enjoy, even if it is scientifically proven.

Each morning it's important to tell yourself: "I am doing this for me, for my health & wellbeing. This is setting me up for success."

Here are some ideas of things you could do in the morning... Do what speaks to you - what brings you joy and gives you life. Don't do things you dread.
