5 Ways to Instantly Boost Energy and Joy Throughout the Day

So often, we think we’re too busy that we can’t even take a 5 minute break. The truth is that 5 minute break can make us SO much more productive!

With these simple practices, you’ll get a boost of energy and focus that's healthier - and more effective - than any energy drink! And the great thing is you can do them anywhere!



These practices may seem super simple, but they’re incredibly effective! In today’s world, we tend to seek complicated solutions or a “magic pill”, but the truth is, the simple solutions tend to work the best! (Because they’re easier to practice & repeat!)



⭐️ Be sure that when you do these, you’re stepping away from your computer AND phone screen for a few minutes!

5 Ways to Instantly Boost Energy and Joy:

  1. Think about (or even write!) 3 things you are grateful for. Take 1 deep breathe for each one.

  2. Take a 10 minute (or more!) walk outside. Nature has a naturally calm frequency. And looking around gives our eyes a break from looking at our screens.

  3. Drink a glass of water or tea. Most of us are dehydrated, taking a minute to rehydrate not only gets you up and walking around, but it will improve your lymph flow! My favorite herbal teas for energy are Holy Basil, Turmeric & Ginger, and Peppermint. Or you could try a green or black tea if you wanted some caffeine.

  5. Put on your favorite song. Get up and move around a little - dance if you feel inspired!
